The Comprehensive Intake Assessment & Movement Audit

Your session begins with a comprehensive Pilates Intake Assessment and Movement Audit. Please note that this is a diagnostic deep-dive, not a workout. We will perform a total-body screen—checking your postural alignment, range of motion, and core engagement—to identify your body's unique strengths and imbalances.
During this time, we will also conduct a thorough review of your movement, injury, and pain history. We will discuss your specific goals—whether you are looking to manage chronic pain, build functional strength, reduce stress, or master the foundational Pilates method.
Following your session, you will be provided with a detailed written summary of the assessment. With your specific goals in mind, this summary will outline exactly what we need to work on and provide a customized roadmap for all your future sessions.
**Virtual sessions conducted entirely via video. A stable internet connection and a camera setup where your full body is visible on a mat are required.
Note: To maintain the integrity of our practice, the Comprehensive Intake Assessment & Movement Audit is a mandatory prerequisite for all new clients prior to initiating Individual Apprenticeship sessions.

Each session is tailored to your body's needs that day to ensure you leave feeling strong, centered, and resilient.

Small Group Mat Pilates
60 Minutes | $25 per person
Experience the energy of a shared workout without sacrificing the precision your body deserves. This 60-minute, fitness-focused session features a dynamic blend of the classical Pilates repertoire, seamlessly integrated with contemporary movements designed to support optimal biomechanics.
With a strict limit of just 4 participants per class, you will receive the individualized attention, alignment adjustments, and neuromuscular cues that are often lost in larger group settings. While less intensive than a private 1:1 session, this intimate format ensures your form remains precise, allowing you to safely explore the repertoire and deepen your mastery of Pilates and its core principles. Perfect for building functional strength, advancing your practice, and leaving you feeling strong, centered, and resilient.
