Atelier Pilates was founded by Bernadette, a comprehensively certified Mat and Apparatus instructor holding both a Master and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Utilizing her graduate-level background in human movement, Bernadette combines classical Pilates choreography with a modern, clinical perspective on the body. Her specialized training prioritizes biomechanics, anatomical assessment, and the systematic alignment of physical architecture—forming the strict analytical foundation upon which every custom session is built.

Bernadette’s professional approach is informed by her background as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where she cultivated an uncompromising respect for discipline, structural integrity, and human performance.
